Cohort is a collaborative design tool that started life as an internal project at a creative agency. Once they decided to spin it out, they needed a brand, a website, and a paid sign-up flow that didn’t look like an internal tool any more.
The Solution
We worked with the founding team for eight weeks to define what Cohort actually was — not just “Figma but for X.” The positioning landed on structured creative review — a tool for design teams that hate Loom comments and Slack threads. From there the brand, site, and sign-up flow followed naturally.
