The Challenge
Northwave came to us with a working analytics platform but a self-serve flow that was costing them paid conversions. Six steps to first insight, three confusing pricing pages, and a sign-up form that asked for company size before it asked for an email.
The Solution
We rebuilt the public funnel and the in-app onboarding as one continuous flow. Pricing collapsed into a single page with a calculator. Sign-up moved to a two-field form. The empty state inside the app got a real first-run experience that walked new accounts through their first dashboard in under 90 seconds.
Three months after launch, trial-to-paid conversion was up 42% and the average time to first insight dropped from 28 minutes to 9.

- A pricing calculator that respects annual/monthly toggles
